The Perfect Guacamole


INGREDIENTS
Makes 2 1/4 Cups
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper


PREPARATION
  1. Halve both avocados and discard the seeds. Mash the avocado flesh in a molcajete or a large bowl.
  2. Add seasoning and spices and stir to combine. Serve with warm tortilla chips.
